Egro, character building of our cadets is our foremost Priority which is achieved by apprising them of our ancient civilization, our rich cultural heritage and about the pantheon of great personalities and patriots.
Academic
Academic excellence has no substitutes and hence no stone has been left unturned to provide a conducive academic facilities and faculties to the cadets. The school is affiliated to State Board of Assam. We strictly follow the rules and regulations framed by the State Education Department. Along with teaching staff highly trained.
The academic session is divided into two terms and each term ends with a Terminal Exam. The promotion of the cadets to the next standard depends upon their performance in Unit test and terminal exams. This being a Military School, excellent military training and moral education is also mandatory for cadet's promotion.
E-learning Facility:
With an aim to provide a cutting edge to the teaching module, the school has digital class rooms. This allows the faculty to explain the lesson through video, audio and interactivity methodology.
Computer Education:
To keep pace with the current times, Computer Education begins from 6th standard onwards. The school's Computer laboratory has computers equipped with multimedia and Internet connectivity. Besides academic training, the students are encouraged to learn usage of Word, Excel and Power Point for their projects and presentations.
Study and Homework:
Self study and homework is done by the students during centralized self-study period, conducted everyday under vigilant supervision of residential staff. Buddy system and self-help peer groups are formed in each class there to help weak students to tide over their academic problems without increasing the resultant stress.

The essence of military training is in developing high sense of discipline, physical and mental robustness, competitive spirit, camaraderie and achieving the "cutting edge" in ones latent personality so as to excel in all fields.
